The slender vessel cast around the trumpet-shaped mouth with four leiwen -ground blades rising from a small band of 'S'-shaped confronting serpents, the central section with two taotie masks divided by four notched flanges, above a double 'bowstring' band and the spreading base cast with further taotie masks, below a band of confronting dragons also separated by vertical flanges, the inside of the base with an inscription, the dark green patina flecked with malachite encrustation 12 in.
