With Dionysos wearing chiton and himation with striped border, walking to the right with head turned back, holding kantharos and thyrsos, on reserved goundline, band of meander pattern above, tongues and rays on the shoulder, 5 7/8 in. (15 cm.) high; a South Italian red figure lekanis lid with two flying erotes, one carrying an open writing tablet inscribed in Greek "Philos [the loved one]", the other a garland, a swan, wreath and foliate tendrils in the field, late 4th Century B.C., 4½ in. (11.5 cm.) diam; and a Greek pottery kylix, with twin loop handles, interior and exterior painted with bands of black glaze, circa 6th Century B.C., 7¾ in. (19.5 cm.) diam. incl. handles (3)
