An early Victorian mahogany quarter-chiming bracket clock, second quarter 19th century The tracery arch case with gadrooned finials and cluster columns to the front angles, arched sound frets to the sides, the white painted dial signed WILL.M FIELD LONDON , blued steel moon hands, with chime/silent ring in the arch, the triple chain fusee movement wit anchor escapement quarter chiming on eight bells and with hour strike on bell, with pendulum holdfast to the backplate 27in. (69cm.) high
