AN EGYPTIAN BRONZE FIGURE OF A SEATED IBIS CIRCA 4TH-1ST CENTURY B.C. Wearing a collar, 3¾ in. (9.3 cm.) high; five other Egyptian bronzes comprising a figure of the cat-headed goddess Bastet, 3½ in. (9 cm.) high; a seated Isis and Harpocrates, 3 in. (7.6 cm.) high; a bust of Isis, wearing feathers and sun disc crown, with attachment loop behind, 2½ in. (6.4 cm.) high; a weight in the form of a bust of Mercury, 2 in. (5 cm.) high, all circa 4th-1st Century B.C.; a sistrum handle with janiform Hathor heads, surmounted by frieze of uraei with seated cat above, circa 6th-3rd Century B.C., 8 in. (20.4 cm.) high; and a black steatite roundel, pierced for attachment, of a youthful bust, perhaps the Emperor Claudius, possibly Romano-Egyptian, circa 1st Century A.D., 2½ in. (6.3 cm.) diam. (7)
