Centered by a recessed panel framing a round-topped stele, sculpted in shallow sunk relief with a standing figure of an official with a shaved head facing left, his hands raised in adoration towards a now-missing deity, preserving five vertical columns of hieroglyphs reading, "Recitation by..., The Venerated One..., Neka[u] (man's name), The Venerated One, Scribe..., Nekau," the lunette with a winged solar disk with flanking uraei above a nfr -sign in between wadjet -eyes, a winged solar disk with flanking uraei above, inscribed on either side below the wings, "The Behdetite," (Horus of Behdet), a column of text below right reading, "A royal offering formula to Osiris, Foremost of the West, Great God, Lord of Abydos," a column of text to the left only partially preserved, enclosed within a raised border, a cavetto cornice above with parallel palm fronds, centered by a partially-preserved winged solar disk with flanking uraei , preserving traces of red pigment 12 in.
