Carved in sunk relief, with four figures facing right, in four registers, the uppermost preserving the arm and skirted legs of a female figure; below, a female figure wearing a tightly-fitted long sheath, her left arm raised, holding a stemmed lotus blossom to her face; a man wearing a short kilt and wig, his left hand placed on his chest, a damaged inscription to the upper right; and a man similarly clad, his left hand placed on his chest, two rows of hieroglyphs to the right, reading, "His attendant/custodian whom he loves/his beloved, whom he praises, favorite of his lord, Ptahhotpe; his beautiful name is Shepet (or Shepti?)," preserving traces of stucco 45½ in. (115.6 cm.) high
