Property from a Belgian Private CollectionAN EGYPTIAN WOOD FIGURE OF OSIRIS, 3RD INTERMEDIATE PERIOD, 1075-716 B.C. standing and holding the crook and flail, and wearing the Atef-crown with bronze uraeus and missing bronze plumes, remains of gilding on the face, of inlay in the beard straps, eyes, and eyebrows, and of gesso and linen over the body, the head and upper arms made separately.
