AN ELIZABETH II GOLD GOBLET MARK OF ASPREY, LONDON, 1959, 9CT The tapering bowl engraved on one side with the Royal arms impaling the Royal arms of Greece, below a Royal duchess' coronet, engraved on the other side with a coat-of-arms and an inscription, on pedestal foot with spreading base, marked under foot, the foot further stamped 'ASPREY and BIRCH & GAYDON LTD.' 5¾ in. (14.5 cm.) 3.4 oz. (106 gr.) The first arms are those of Princess Marina, Duchess of Kent (1906-1968). The second arms are those of the City of London. The inscription reads ' Presented by THE CORPORATION OF LONDON To H.R.H. THE DUCHESS OF KENT on the occasion of the opening of LONDON WALL on the 7 t h July 1959'
