AN ELIZABETH II SILVER AND EBONY TROWEL MARK OF ASPREY, LONDON, 1956 The blade engraved with a coat-of-arms and an inscription, with an ebony handle, the terminal applied with a cast Tudor rose, marked underneath , contained in a fitted case 11½ in. (29.5 cm.) long The arms are for the Worshipful Company of Clothworkers. The inscription reads 'PRESENTED TO H.R.H. THE DUCHESS OF KENT ON THE OCCASION OF THE LAYING OF THE FOUNDATION STONE OF THE FOURTH CLOTHWORKS' HALL 17 T h JULY 1956' .
