An exhibition standard scale model of the Grand Banks schooner Rhodora William Nagel the hull of the model is built up in plank on frame construction. The starboard side is un-finished to show the construction, including frame layout, planking in fruit wood and trunneling and some interior construction. The port side is finished with painted deep red bottom, green and black topsides and a yellow sheer stripe. The decks are planked in holly and the bulwarks are pierced for scuppers all along the sheer line. Fitted with numerous details which include: stem fitting, hawse pipes, chocks, coils of line, windlass, companionways, running lights, 2 stacks of dories lashed to the deck, hatches, doghouse, wheel and wheelbox. With two gaff rigged masts, booms and gaffs, standing and running rigging and other rigging details. Displayed on paint be-specaled ways with model timbers posting the hull 24½ x 25¼ in. (62.2 x 64.1 cm.) model on base
