19th to 20th century Comprising Hara, Asa no Fuji from the series Tokaido gojusan tsugi no uchi (The fifty-three stations of the Tokaido Road), depicting two women travellers speaking to their porter, Mt. Fuji towers over a plain in the background, with censor's seal kiwame (trimmed off), signed Hiroshige ga; the second and third by Sekino Junichiro, one of Nishijima shrine (framed), signed in pencil Jun Sekino with seal Jun; the other also framed, depicting a close-up of a roof, signed in white ink Jun Sekino; the fourth a stencil of a Kabuki actor in mie pose, numbered 34/50 and signed in pencil Yoshitoshi Mori 69 with seal Yoshitoshi; the fifth a fascimile (copy) after Hiroshige The smallest 21½cm x 33½cm (8½in x 13¼in), the largest 54cm x 69cm (21¼in x 27 1/8in).
