19th century Comprising thirty-two prints: twenty-three sheets attributed to Hiroshige II or III, (incomplete) from the series Nihon Meisho (Famous Places in Japan), depicting well known sites and landmarks in Harima, Kyoto, Omi, Izumi, Kii, Tango, Settsu, Kochi, Yamato and others, chuban, no censor or publisher's seal, unsigned; two sheets by Hiroshige I, Nihon Fujizukushi Toto Edobashi and Ishiyama Shugetsu from the Omi Hakkei series; a yakusha-e of Bando Mitsugoro by Toyokuni III; a bijin-ga by Ichigyokusai Kunitaka; and another actor print of Segawa Kikunojo by Kuniyoshi, variously signed and published; and four facsimile prints after Hiroshige. The smallest 18cm x 25cm (7in x 9¾in), the largest 38.5cm x 26.2cm (15 1/8in x 10¼in). (32).
