Two signed by Shirley de Dienes in silver ink on the recto l.r. and in black ink, along with Shirley de Dienes Collection stamps, on the verso l.r., all with various Andre de Dienes's Hollywood studio stamps on the versos. Gelatin silver prints, image sizes to 13 3/4 x 10 7/8 in. (35.0 x 25.6 cm), unmatted, unframed. Condition: Scattered minor handling creases and rippling to sheets. Provenance: A private New York collection. N.B. Two of the photographs are accompanied by certificates of authenticity signed by Chuck Murphy, curator and manager of the Andre de Dienes archives. An additional press print of Monroe with a bouquet of flowers by Attar Photographers, New York, accompanies the lot.
