A photographic odyssey covering the Apollo flights to the moon, with the forward by astronaut James Lovell SIGNED and INSCRIBED with their individual flight number(s) by: Buzz ALDRIN, Fred HAISE, Edgar MITCHELL, and Tom STAFFORD. The book contains rare photographs from the North American Rockwell and NASA archives and includes diagrams and images illustrating the method of a flight to the Moon. North American Rockwell’s role as the prime contractor for the Command and Service Module allowed a treasure trove of photographs to be taken of the spacecraft’s development. About 30 pages are devoted to the Apollo 11 mission of Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Michael Collins Over 50 pages feature at length the later lunar flights, Apollo 12 through 17. 13.75 by 10.5 inches. 128 pp. Original cloth with dust jacket.
