Art Deco Silver-Plate and Crocodile Desk Clock, Hermes, Paris, by Paul Dupre-Lafon The circular silver-plate base with an indented ribbed design topped by a polished silver-plate arch depicting a stylized stirrup, suspending a clock centering a circular silver-tone dial with black markers, within a wide circular frame of crocodile leather, supported by a wide crocodile leather hook, diameter approximately 56 mm., case signed Hermes, Paris, dial signed Hermes, Swiss movement, designed by Paul Dupre-Lafon, circa 1930 . 7 x 5 1/4 x 4 inches. C
The movement is currently running, but not guaranteed to be in working order. Minor spotting on dial. Missing winding knob, can use a key or replace knob. Minor tarnish on ridged base. Small indentation on top handle. Some of leather on hook worn off. Overall good condition. 7 x 5 1/4 x 4".
