Assorted Militaria . A Victorian officer's helmet-plate of the Connaught Rangers, as K&K, Fig 281 (all gilt now rubbed, velvet backing to centre threadbare); a pair of candlesticks, each with a brass base supported by three swan-necked box-spurs, the column formed from the hilt of a Victorian infantry officer's sword (one stick defective and lacking candle-holder); and a shallow side-drum (probably 19th Century) with original skins, steel tensioning-rods, red/black/white hoops and plain copper shell.
