Maps engraved by S. Neele after I. Herbert. Brown half calf (20th century) with title on spine "Pinkerton's Atlas", partly rubbed. Photo. First edition published in London 1815. This seems to be the American edition from 1818. The map no 12, "Remote British Isles", is here present without the two images and Shetland isles. With maps of Australia, Polynesia, Africa, China and 5 maps of North America amongst others. Lacking title and last map.
