Pen and brown ink and wash, the sheet made up to the right and lower edge159 by 245 mm; 6 1/4 by 9 5/8 inCondition reportHinge mounted to a modern cream mount. There are large but sensitively repaired areas to the right and lower edges of the sheet. There is some surface dirt to the extremities and some light foxing in places. The ink has fractionally sunk in the areas in which it is most densely applied. The image remains in strong and appealing. Sold unframed.
