Zu a) Wohl Fragment einer Gruppe. - Der glatt verstrichene Hinterkopf spricht gegen eine reliefierte Darstellung. Die übrige Rückeite des Fragments, typisch für das Innere von Statuetten, völlig unbearbeitet. b) Basisunterseite 2 cm eingetieft. Eine frühere Vorlage in Bronze, s. B.C. a) FLUTE PLAYER. - Wreathed flute player playing a double aulos; robes of another person at left. Fragment. b) ITHYPHALLIC HERM. Solid terracotta model. - Bearded herm with tall shaft and phallus half way up standing on a plinth. Slightly worn; minor restoration work. Early Classical. c) SATYR. - Bearded figure with wreath. Upper body dynamically twisted. Fragment of a statuette. Provenance: Coll. P.A.E. Otherwise, the reverse of the fragment has been left unworked, which is typical of the inside of a statuette. b) 2 cm-deep recess on the underside of the base.
