No wonder when I'm gone...to read in it's typewritten form a so called educationalist...advised me not to publish it...My brother Aubrey [also a pro golfer] is a Capt. in the Royal Engineers and is out with the 10th Army and George my son is down in Pensacola training as a fighter pilot with the Fleet Air Army. Tell me this. How did you get hold of the book? There were very few distributed to the trade here. The Edition was actually sold out before publication. Thanks for passing it on to your eminent friend to read. I shall be interested to know what he says...Hoping to hear from you again & you will from me soon...Sincerely, Percy Boomer." 13x8". Boomer (1874-1949) was among the first to incorporate a mental element, teaching the swing as a series of feels and images that could be ingrained through practice.
