London: John & Josiah Boydell n.d. but circa 1800]. 2° (518 x 367mm). 43 engraved plates only (of 82) printed in sepia by Bartolozzi and Dalton after Guercino (nickname of Giovanni Francesco Barbieri . (Some browning.) Later green half morocco gilt, t.e.g. The majority of the originals were purchased by Dalton, acting as agent to George III, in Italy, and remain in the royal collection.
