Batty (Elizabeth Frances). Italian Scenery. From Drawings made in 1817, 1st edition, Rodwell & Martin, 1820, engraved title, 60 engraved plates, some light marginal spotting at front and rear of volume, contemporary ownership inscription 'Priscilla Feilden, Febry 1823. The gift of her dear & lamented Mother', attractive contemporary half calf gilt, joints and edges lightly rubbed, 4to, together with Maaskamp, Evert, Representations of Dresses, Morals and Customs, in the Kingdom of Holland, at the beginning of the Nineteenth Century, Amsterdam, printed for E. Maaskamp, 1808, 21 hand-coloured aquatint plates (dated 1811) after J. Kuyper, 2 or 3 plates with light waterstain to top margin at end of volume, (most plates generally in clean condition), contemporary bookplate of C.F. Hart to front pastedown, contemporary red half morocco gilt, a little rubbed, recased with original spine laid down, large 4to (sheet size 32 x 23 cm) (Qty: 2)
