A collection of printed ephemera, comprising 41 items with illustrations by or relating to Edward Bawden including: 6 British Transport Films leaflets printed at the Curwen Press, circa 1950s, one or two staple holes upper left corner, titled The Land of Robert Burns (one crease), North to Wales, East Anglia, Round the Island, London's Country, and The Heart of England; 25 insertions for newspapers advertising Shell, each a single folio sheet, some creasing and marks, and occasional minor edge-fraying; a 4pp. programme for the Theatre Royal, King Street, Bristol, 1943, slightly creased and two short closed edge-tears; a flyer advertising the London Underground illustrating Association Football; a Poetry Book Society programme for 1954; and several tickets for private viewings of exhibitions, one addressed to Mrs. Bawden, Birch House, Great Barnefield, Essex, together with a scarce Christmas card designed by C.R.W. Nevinson titled 'Snowfall', printed by The Favil Press, 1928, creased, torn and spotted (Qty: 42)
