This institution, founded by the professor of theology Jacques de Bay (1545-1614), was located in Tiensestraat, next to the college of Winckel. Contains also: copies of royal decrees and letters patent relating to Oudenaarde or Tournai, "Memoire Présenté Par les états de flandre à sa Majesté l'empereur et Roi, en faveur des Couvens", documents relating to Belgium (1814-1815), and large copies of coat of arms of the families Nieulant, de Villegas, de Boodt, etc.
