Signée monture Cartier, numérotée. Dimensions de la pierre : 9,11 x 7,62 x 4,92 mm environ. TDD : 54-55, US : 7 3/4 (modifiable). Poids : 13 g (18k - 750/1000). A diamond, ruby, emerald and 18K gold ring set with a cushion shaped ruby weighing 3,05 cts. Setting by Cartier. Circa 1950-1960. La pierre accompagnée d'un certificat S.S.E.F. et d'un certificat A.G.T.A. attestant : origine Myanmar (Birmanie), modifications thermiques constatées.
