BILLY SOUTHWORTH ST LOUIS CARDINALS FLANNEL JERSEY A home flannel jersey of Billy Southworth, manager for the St. Louis Cardinals in 1944. The name Southworth is stiched in the bottom front with the year 44 . The Cardinals logo is on the front and the number 60 on the back. The left sleeve has the health patch worn by all teams during World War II. Southworth's career as a player/manager extended from 1913 to 1951. He had a lifetime average of .297 with six seasons over .300. A fine example of this style of St. Louis flannel. In excellent condition, with collar repair in two places.
