The first title has two original pencil drawings by "Phiz," mounted opposite the finished plates. The second two have a single drawing. Each is elaborately bound in full morocco, gilt extra by Riviere. Various paginations. Some scuffing to joints, but a handsomely bound trio. After his celebrated illustrations for Dickens, at the time Browne was most highly regarded for his illustrations to Lever's novels. Provenance: Bookplate of H. L.
