BUGULMA: 1882-1907, the very fine and extensive study (1202 stamps) featuring the very rare 1883 (April) coarse printing 2k. blue-black (S.4) used, with close margins on three sides, just cut-into at foot, later issues include a fine array of mint blocks, studies of the cliché types and 1894-1907 control numerals, also issues for BUGURSLAN 1881-89 (7), BUZULUK 1881-97 (10) and STAVRAPOL 1896 (5). Presented to exhibition standard.
