Château Mouton-Rothschild--Vintage 1990 Pauillac, 1er cru classé "Here alongside its first growth peers, it was still fairly deep coloured; bouquet clamouring to get out, opening up rapturously, though I was too aware of the new oak spiciness - attractive but oak, like garlic, should be present but not overdone.
