Chinese White Jade Figure of Guanyin 19th Century The standing deity holding a bottle of exilir, dressed in a long dhoti and billowing scarves, the face with a downcast expression below hair gathered into a high topknot, standing on a spinach green jade base before a full length mandorla; Together with a Chinese Hardstone Figure of a Standing Guanyin. Holding a flowering branch. Height of larger 6 7/8 inches. C
White Jade Figure of Guanyin: Scattered minute chips, light surface scratches. Spinach green jade mandorla: scattered minute chips. Hardstone Figure of Guanyin: The belt tied around the waist is broken in two places at the end and is now detachhed, (piece is still present). Multiple large chips to peony bud, length of largest is 3/4 inches. Scattered chips and light surface scratches around the base of the robe. Pieces has been drilled to the base for attachment to the wood stand. The stone with multiple natural fissures.
