ADVICE TO A DEDICATED CHURCHILL COLLECTOR "I now send you with my very best wishes for Christmas the following books, which I had bound for you..." Churchill sends a list of 17 of his published works, including The Story of the Malakland Field Force (1898), The River War (1899), and volumes of his wartime speeches, Into Battle , The Dawn of Liberation , etc. Churchill continues: "You have I understand got Marlborough similarly bound. It is now out of print and practically unobtainable...Have you got an edition of the World Crisis with its two pendant volumes The Aftermath and The Eastern Front ? There are five volumes in all...Finally there is the book of Secret Session Speeches which I am having bound...I do hope however this series will form an agreable part of your library..."
