Lot Description: Circa 1950s/60s Full Length Evening Dresses , comprising a pale blue sleeveless Berkertex of Mayfair dress, appliquéd with silver beads and opalescent sequins overall of floral design; similar sleeveless dress by Robert Dorland in a darker silk, with high neck, appliquéd with rows of pink and clear glass coloured beads with drops (size 36); a Herald Fashion similar style sleeveless dress with a sheer chiffon mount, embroidered with floral gold and cream threads, bow detail under the bust; a purple and pink floral brocade sleeveless dress with plum coloured velvet mount to the neck and around the back, panelled A-line skirt; Eastex pale blue sleeveless dress embroidered overall with heads of wheat; pink/mauve Helene New Bond Street London net evening dress with sweet heart neckline, net straps, bodice appliquéd with silver bead and opalescent sequin flower heads, full skirt; blue satin sleeveless evening dress with fabric straps, silver bead and blue sequin appliquéd decoration to the front and back of bodice, A-line skirt; Emenson pale blue dress with capped sleeves, V-neck bodice, panelled full skirt with two trims and bow appliques; dress with white flocked decoration, shawl style collar; pale blue dress with short sleeves scoop neck with multi pleated detail to the bust area, flocked with pale pink flower heads and green leaves, panelled full skirt and bow to the reverse (10) Condition Report: . Berkertex of Mayfair dress - some slight discoulouration around the neckline, back and under the arms, some bead and sequin losses, slight wear overall. Robert Dorland - slight wear overall and very slight discolouration to the under arms. Herald dress - slight wear overall, some loose threads and slight discolouration on the trim on the neckline; Purple and pink brocade dress - straps have been re-attached, velvet is faded and slight wear. Eastex dress - slight discolouration and loose threads to the embroidery. Helene dress - slight discolouration under the arms, straps repaired, replacement zip which needs stitching, slight wear overall. Blue satin dress - slight discolouration under the arms, small mark to the back of the bodice, top of the shoulders and slight wear overall. Emenson dress - slight discolouration around the arm holes, other wise ok. Flocked dress - poss some alterations, slight wear overall and some of flocking is rubbed.
