9.75 x 12 in. album with leather covers and brass locking clasp and mountings containing hand-painted flowers, with space for 200 cartes (4 per page), of which 78 contain CDVs. Of the 78 CDVs, most are Civil War generals, politicians, and other famous people, and the majority of the cartes are albumen prints from illustrations or engravings.
