Comprising Journal of the Public and Secret Proceedings of the Convention of the People of Georgia, held in Milledgeville & Savannah in 1861 Together with the Ordinances adopted. Milledgeville: Boughton, Nisbet & Barnes, 1861. First edition. 416 pp. Stamped, stains to title and final leaf, old dampstaining. Sabin 27061; Crandall 1518; Acts of the General Assembly of the State of Georgia, passed in Milledgeville, at an Annual Session in November and December, 1859 [-65, including the 1863 & 64 extra sessions]. Milledgeville: Boughton, Nisbet & Barnes, 1860-65. First editions. Stamps, ink notations, other wear, the lot not fully collated and sold as is. The lot six volumes.
