Greek Marbles brought from the Shores of the Euxine, Archipelago, and Mediterranean, and deposited in the Vestibule of the Public Library of the University of Cambridge. Cambridge: 1809. 8vo. Engraved plates. Original boards, untrimmed. PRESENTATION COPY, inscribed on the title for Mr. Lunn. 3. Autograph Letter Signed ("E.D. Clarke"), 2 1/8 pp recto and verso, 4to (conjoined leaves), Cambridge, August 12, 1814, to his publishers, Cadell & Davies. 4. The Life and Remains of the Rev. Edward Daniel Clarke. London: George Cowie, 1824. 4to. Frontispiece portrait. Diced russia (rebacked). CURRER COPY (bookplate). Clarke was a prominent antiquary and mineralogist. He is best-known today as the person who secured, with William Richard Hamilton British ownership of the Rosetta Stone.
