[ Bound into volume one :] CLEMENS and WARNER, Charles Dudley (1829-1900). Two autograph manuscripts, unsigned, n.d. A leaf in each co-author's hand from chapter 10 of The Gilded Age . Together 2pp., 8vo, tipped to front flyleaf . The leaf marked "272" is in Clemens's hand; the one marked 597 in Warner's. A nice association representing the one and only time Clemens collaborated on a book. (37)
