[Mainz]: Johann Fust and Peter Schoeffer, 25 June 1460. 2°, 7 leaves only, PRINTED ON VELLUM in red and black, rubricated in red and blue, one leaf whole (leaf 4), the others (lvs. 32, 36, 39, 40, 47) large fragments. 2 columns with commentary surround. Type: 3:91G, 5:118G. Removed from a binding, now loose (some staining and soiling, small worm-holes). Substantial fragments of seven leaves from the FIRST EDITION of the Constitutiones , printed in types first used for the Durandus (1459) and the 1462 Bible, all monuments of printing from the Fust and Schoeffer press.
