LESLIE, Memoirs of the Life of John Constable Esq. R.A. , London: Longman, Brown, Green and Longmans, 1845, 4to, 2nd edition, original dark green cloth with paper lettering piece (some wear to extremities). Provenance : George Field (armorial bookplate inside upper cover) -- PRESENTATION COPY from the author, August 5th 1845 (inscribed on front free endpaper).
