Apr 28" c.d.s., red "New-York Am. Pkt. May 3" exchange h.s., "U.S. Pkt." straight line h.s. (applied in London), ms. "4" (pence) due mark, mostly clear Belgian rate box h.s., blue ms. "6" (Belgian decimes) due mark, London transit and Anvers arrival pmk. on reverse, carried by the Havre Line's Argo , this cover paid the 21c rate to Belgium via British Open Mail by an American Packet, extensive cover repairs, fine appearing, quite colorful and a scarce usage to a better destination photo
