"Favored (forwarded) by Mr. I. de Sabla (a well-known Panama forwarder), with original contents headed Governor's Island (N.Y.C.), this cover paid the 10c single rate via American Packet direct to Panama, small cover mend at top and faint tape stains at left, otherwise very fine, a desirable cover with a very early use of a well-known Panama forwarder photo
