cover 1898 (28 Mar.) 1c. card (light peripheral soiling) addressed to Canada "Via Shanghai" and uprated with I.C.P. 4c. cancelled by a fine strike of the Foochow Dollar chop, used in combination with Japan Koban 2s. rose pair tied by "SHANGHAI/I.J.P.O." c.d.s., deemed to have been underpaid a fine strike of the Chinese handstruck "T" struck in red in Shanghai along with a fine strike of the very rare "SH/T" in circle applied by the Japanese Post Office in Shanghai and a third tax mark "CTMS/T" in violet applied in San Francisco and showing transit c.d.s. of Shanghai, Yokohama, San Francisco and Berlin arrival (on reverse).
