Lot of 6, including a photograph captioned in negative The Plaza Santa Fe N.M., AT+SF RR, No 231 and another captioned AT+SFRR No 213, Oldest House in the United States, both an off-white mounts with a Santa Fe Route imprint on verso, affixed with a printed description of Santa Fe and ink inscribed with further information, PLUS two more photographs on mounts with the same imprint and affixed with a printed description titled The Pueblo Indians and Indian Peublos, captioned in negative Indian Carretta, Tesuque, AT+SFRR, No 418 and Tesuque Squaw, Pappoose + Beggar, AT+SFRR, No 428, PLUS two photographs on mounts with imprinted descriptions of Santa Fe and advertisements for the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad and Santa Fe Southern Railway, captioned in negative No 71 Mexican Bake Oven, Chicken Coop, Dog Kennel & C and No.128, Santa Fe from Old Fort Marcy, the latter showing a fine panoramic view of the city with inscribed labels of specific buildings. Chase was active in New Mexico 1880-1895 and died in 1912. Condition: VG+.
