LIMITED EDITION, no. 5 of 25 copies of the "De Luxe" issue with the box of flies, from an edition of 875, signed by the author and illustrator on the half-title, by Herman T. Spieth after the foreword and by Eugene V. Connett after the afterword, title in green and black, photographic halftone frontispiece, 12 lithographed plates, of which 7 hand-colored, by Alma W. Froderstrom, lettered tissue guards printed in green, 12 wet flies and 18 dry flies mounted in the solander box by the author, a typed note advising the use of camphor in the box loosely inserted in vol. 1. Gee, p. 95. A FINE COPY, WITH THE FLIES INTACT.
