Also with a later (c.1830) ownership signature of Ambrose Cowdery, Cowdery served during the American Revolution in Captain Parsons' Company of the 2nd Connecticut Regiment. Lot Amendments Condition: Some wear to boards, early stitched repairs at spine edge through both boards and all leaves; foxing throughout; good. Rare, especially so in the original boards.
