The photograph signed by Paul Tibbetts, Jeppson, Tom Ferebee, "Dutch" van Kirk, and Nelson, from the Enola Gay, and from Bockscar, signed by Major Sweeney, the commander, and Commander Ashworth, the weaponeer, the signatures collected by the official historian for the 509th Composite Group, at various reunions in the period 1996 to 2006.
