Charles Eames (American, 1907-1978) & Ray Eames (American, 1912-1988) for Herman Miller, Zeeland, Michigan, United States. Mid-century Modern 3473 model sofa, designed 1964. White vinyl, aluminum, iron, and plywood. Provenance: Distinguished Corporate Collection, Minnesota. Height: 34 in x width: 72 in x depth: 29 1/2 in. Condition Request Condition Report The sofa is generally in good condition with no visible rips, tears, or losses. The sofa is structurally stable, and all components seem to be firmly attached. The white leather seems to be slightly discolored yellow; please see the listing image for the color. Due to discoloration, there is a visible horizontal line of color different to the front of the seat, as shown in the listing. As expected from age, there is wear throughout. Wear to the base, consistent with age and use. Scratches to the metal parts. Please contact us for a detailed condition report. Please note that the lack of a condition statement does not imply perfect condition. Email condition@revereauctions.com with any condition questions.
