Presentation inscription on front free endpaper from the owner of the collection, Thomas B. Clarke, dated May, 1908. A wonderful association copy of this catalogue of English furniture, one of several collections made by Thomas Benedict Clarke. A director of the Tiffany Studios, he was also known for his expertise in Chinese porcelains, early American portraits, and American landscapes, especially those of George Inness Lot Amendments Condition: Spine label chipped, light soiling to cloth and boards; else very good.
