(Occasional small marginal tear repaired, shoulder notes just shaved, repaired tear into text without loss in two leaves, last leaf repaired with a little loss supplied in facsmile, washed.) Red morocco gilt by Brugalla, 1952.

It appeared in the same year as a translation by Juan de Javara, one of the two being the first edition in Spanish. To avoid prohibition by the Inquisition, Erasmus was nowherereferred to by name.
