essay Proof 1963 Republican Emblem 10f. essay, a study of proof work in an unissued design, comprising typo casement in olive, blue and rose; the engraved emblem in pale blue and deep blue; the engraved emblem with country name in English and Arabic, in violet, rose and scarlet; completed design with vignette typo in five colour combinations and with the vignette engraved in seven colour combinations -- all the aforementioned on pieces of gummed paper (57x70mm.), imperforate colour proofs with typo (3) or engraved (17) vignettes, the majority mounted on three presentation cards; a similar design-- die proofs (2, one with vignette inverted), imperforate proof, and a third design imperforate proof. Also 1962 14f. aerogramme stamp proof in black and pale blue. An impressive array.
