In the final window, Mary Magdalen is shown, hands across her chest, with a single symbol - the alabaster jar containing perfume used to anoint Christ (as was often shown in medieval and Renaissance art). In the final window Magdalen's robes are depicted in deep reds and emerald greens and she is surrounded by abstract shapes of pale grey, jade green and ochre.
